The list below highlights the technical services that Alan offers to customers for the OAS range of Wersi instruments.

Technical Support For OAS Instruments

Support and problem solving is available by e.mail or telephone.  e.mail is preferred if possible as staff at the shop are busy during open hours and e.mail enquiries can be dealt with after shop hours and are dealt with as soon as possible.

In-house Repairs And Upgrades

If you can arrange transport, it is possible by prior arrangement to take your OAS instrument to the shop for repair or upgrading.

Instruments would need to be left at the shop for a minimum of three days to ensure enough time to rectify any problems.  If parts were required from Wersi Germany obviously this would take longer.

Home Repairs And Upgrades

An engineer from Alan's team is available to carry out repairs and upgrades for OAS instruments at customers homes after warranties have expired throughout most of England.

OAS Revisions

If you contact Alan either by e.mail, telephone or post, he can provide the latest Revision on 3 CDs at a cost of £10.00 inc. P&P 

Sound Packages

Alan can supply the sound packages.  At present price is on application.
